Prayer for Hope and Love
Father,
I lift up the person I call my wife, I only know part of how she feels, but I understand that she feels very overwhelmed by her circumstances. I feel the same way at times, but I’ve begun to learn to trust you the more as each day goes by. I pray from the deepest part of who I am with words I do not know how to express. Show her how much you truly love her, use me to show it, use whomever you can to show her how much she is loved by you.
I ask that you be with her through her day, moment by moment. Let her know you are there even when she is struggling with unbelief. Even when she feels afraid, confused break through the fog and haze and let her know she is loved. I want to love her like you do, but I know I cannot do it on my own. Please also help me show the love you have for her. A love that is unconditional and forgiving of all things. Love that bears all things, hopes all things, believes all things. You are the source of Love.
Please be with her, through this minute, this hour, this day, this week, this month, and this year. Protect her from the hurt, harm and, danger that the enemy wants to use to destroy her.
Most of all, please draw her to Yourself.
I ask all of this in Jesus’ Name, Amen
